| 4. | Description | Abstract | Internet Of Things (IoT) merupakan solusi alternatif untuk kehidupan manusia diberbagai bidang, salah satunya ada pelayanan publik. Pencatatan jumlah orang yang akan masuk dalam suatu ruangan menjadi penting untuk pemilik atau pengelola suatu pelayanan publik. Pengawasan jumlah orang yang berkunjung dalam suatu ruangan dalam jangka waktu tertentu dapat menjadi faktor penting dalam menentukan kebijakan publik untuk kenyamanan pengunjung. Masalah yang masih terjadi pada sistem yang sudah ada dalam monitoring jumlah orang disuatu ruangan atau tempat publik adalah pengunjung masih harus melakukan scan barcode secara manual. Makalah ini mengusulkan perancangan sistem dengan menggunakan algoritma YOLOV3 (You Only Look Once) untuk monitoring Visitor Counter berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) dengan menggunakan kamera CCTV serta ESP8266. Penggunaan algoritma ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendeteksian objek yang lebih akurat dan akan dapat membedakan objek yang terlihat pada kamera CCTV berupa manusia atau benda lainnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah rancangan sistem dari proses pendeteksian objek yang dikirim ke database cloud. |
