The goal of the research are to improve student performance in learning and teacher performance in the process of teaching by reciprocal teaching model at Vocational of State School of Salatiga. The methods of the research was approach by classroom action research for the subject of Television Technology. The subject of the research are 31 student. Instruments that used in this research are teaching disign, jobsheet, postest, observation sheets  and documentation. The result are  models is effective to improve students achievement and motivation.
